Ken joined The Grodner Group in 2017 to expand the firm’s service offerings and industry scope to include large scale and international strategic project management. With over three decades’ experience, Ken helps clients build successful and sustainable capacity while meeting their organizational performance goals and objectives.
As an executive with KPMG, BearingPoint and PwC, he was responsible for selling and delivering international IT implementations and financial infrastructure projects for both external and internal clients.
Earlier in his career, Ken served as the chief financial officer for several retailers in the home furnishings industry.
During his off time, Ken serves as a mentor and business coach for numerous millennials. He is a passionate college football fan and veracious reader of mysteries, historical novels and business books.
He has also served on numerous boards and committees from The University of Alabama, ZBT Fraternity, Beth Shalom Nursing Home, to name a few.
Vikki and Ken enjoy family time with son Alex, daughter-in-law Colette, grandson Bryant, and daughter Stirling. They also enjoy traveling together and exploring off-the-beaten-path locations.
Both generously give their time and resources to better the community.

Quest for Excellence Initiative – University of Alabama Fraternity and Sorority Community
There are great things happening in the University of Alabama fraternity and sorority community—academic achievements, service to the community, award-winning chapters, campus leaders, to name a few. The University of Alabama strives for excellence in all endeavors, and the fraternity and sorority community is no different. To that end, UA has created the Quest for Excellence Initiative to build upon the many strengths and positive, rich traditions of the UA fraternity and sorority community to create a roadmap for excellence and has asked Ken Grodner to lead this initiative.
Program Leader for IT Automation for this Fortune 100 Company
Given Ken’s large complex program management experience, he was asked to serve as a Program leader for a multi-year, multi-million dollar automation initiative for the $37 Billion professional serives organization. Given his financial background, he develops and communicates the program’s value articulation message.
Sales and Marketing Executive for the Mosaic Corporation
The Mosaic Corporation has combined scanning technologies with document management to significantly streamline back-office operations including AP, AR and HR processes. With corporate offices located in Atlanta, Mosaic has asked Ken Grodner to lead sales and marketing efforts for companies based in the state of Alabama.
