Opportunity: To create a brand and marketing/business development strategy that cohesively highlight Sirote’s areas of experience, attorneys and core values.


Solutions: Law firm Sirote & Permutt wanted to enhance its visibility and position in the communities and industries where it maintains a presence. Through a rebranding and remessaging (The Answer is Sirote.) that more accurately depicted the firm’s strengths and identity – entrepreneurial, dependable, innovative – Sirote has been able to successfully position the firm in a more targeted manner with clients and prospective clients.


The firm’s altruistic reputation was furthered enhanced by taking a strategic approach to community involvements through the “Sirote Supports” initiative. The result is that Sirote has gained heightened visibility and goodwill for its collective philanthropic efforts.


Initiatives that were both useful to our clients and establish the firm as a thought leader — such as the SMART (Sirote Monetary Assets Recovery Team) Program during our recent national financial crisis and an Obama Breakfast Briefings — were developed.


Establishing processes to track marketing efforts has resulted in solid metrics and new clientele directly attributable to these efforts.
