Case Study: Credit Union

Opportunity: $40 million community credit union with limited services and products wanted to expand membership base and visiblity

 

Solutions: Counseled organization to expand line of services to become more competitive with other financial institutions in the marketplace. As those services have been rolled out, have grown product usage by members.

 

Expanded cross selling of services by credit union representatives through creation of popular Football Fridays program. During a ten-week period in the fall, staff and CU members were incentivized to both promote and add credit union products respectively in a fun, rewarding atmosphere.

 

Also worked to make credit union branches a destination for members by providing non-traditional services onsite such as tax return preparation and flu shot clinics.
